Owner Authority: As the founding registrant, you will automatically be designated as the organisation Owner with full administrative and billing delegation rights.

Role Permissions Matrix
- Owner: Full control over organisation, billing, services, and team. Protected by last-owner protection.
- Administrator: Can invite colleagues and assign roles. Cannot alter billing relationships.
- Billing Administrator: Can launch the Stripe billing portal, checkout plans, and manage subscriptions.
- Member: View active services, support contacts, and technical configurations.
