Do prices include GST?
No. All prices exclude GST. GST is added for customers in New Zealand (15%) and Australia (10%). Australian customers are billed in AUD at the same figures shown here.
What happens after my website is set up or migrated?
Setup, migration and updates are one-off fees. Once your site is live it moves onto a managed hosting plan, so it stays online, secure and looked after.
How do the Partner consulting hours work?
Partner includes eight hours of specialist consulting each month. You request time in the customer portal and we confirm a session. Hours reset on the first of each month and do not roll over.
What if my site has more than four pages to migrate?
Migration covers four pages. Each additional page is NZ$25.00 + GST, and you can tell us how many when you request it in the portal.

How do I see progress and invoices?
Sign in to the customer portal with your MAITS Account. You can see every request and its status, your activity history, consulting hours, invoices and documents.
